Authors@Google talk on Yoga for Pain Relief

Here's the video of my recent Authors@Google talk on Yoga for Pain Relief. I describe 3 key ideas that have changed the way medicine thinks about about pain, summarize some exciting studies on how yoga and meditation can help people with pain, take some fun and interesting questions from the audience, and then lead a 10 min breathing/gentle stretching/meditation practice (in chairs).

Thank you for this lecture, I've learned a lot from it. It also really motivated me to finally start doing yoga and not just think about it, because when you are thinking about it, it seems like a really complex system that you feel you can't grasp. So, I really liked when you said that beginners should start with one mode of yoga that they feel drawn to, and not worry about everything they think yoga is.

Thank you and have a wonderful day :)

I couldn't reach you by phone or email so will leave this here. Maybe you could respond via my email DDilday239@aol.com.

Your recent article, "Mindfullness & Weightloss", in the IDEA Fitness Journal is outstanding. Is there some way to share it with the public? I wanted to reference it on my blog but a membership with login privileges is required to access the site.

Is there somewhere that the public can go to view the article. It's too good not to share:-)
